ECI BUILDING INC was chosen to build this one of a kind 13,000 square foot custom home in the exclusive Santa Lucia Preserve in Carmel Valley, California. The Santa Lucia Preserve is located in the Santa Lucia Mountains, just minutes from California's fabled Highway 1 and popular tourist destinations Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pebble Beach, Monterey and Big Sur. A treasured community, the Santa Lucia Preserve encompasses the last of central California's great Mexican land grants with its ridge tops, creeks, pine and redwood forests, oak woodlands and rolling grasslands. This beautiful estate is nestled in the hills of the Preserve's 20,000 acres overlooking the private Preserve Golf Club.  It is an honor for the ECI team to build such a special and unique home and we will continue to embrace this project through its completion into late 2014.
